The ladies used to do a lot of needlework and then had a basket full of all kinds of things to do this. This is also the case with this measuring tape, which is incorporated in a celluloid basket with flowers. The ribbon no longer rolls up smoothly.
Heavy metal antique shoe stand from an old shoe store. Used to beautifully present the shoes at the beginning of the last century. Also nice to use as a jewelry stand.

Beautifully crafted this antique English silver clothing/hat brush. There is even a monogram of the letters P.M.C. The brush is made of horse hair. The brush is in good condition, only has a dent on top of the handle (see photo). Nice decorative item for the old dressing table
This Victorian glove tensioner with a twisted silver handle used to be used to stretch the gloves. The antique glove tree is dated 1899, this can be seen from the hallmark in the silver that was awarded in Birmingham
