Antique wooden pill cutter from the period around 1900 used by the pharmacist to make pills. Made by London's Lynch&co., rolls of mixed medicine were placed on the copper ledges, and by pushing and moving the part with the handles on it, a lot of pills were cut in one go.

Antique leather case from the Victorian era, in which a so-called amro photo has been placed. This technique of taking photos dates back to the mid-19th century. The photo shows a lady sitting. Around the photo a gold-colored border. On the left inside of the case, beautiful red velvet that served as a cushion to protect the photo. The cover could be closed like a booklet.
