The other story tells that it was a bridal bottle containing a small amount of perfume that could be used especially on the wedding day. The bottle still has the original stopper

Each region often had its own patterns and shapes. This beautiful wooden example is in good condition

Antique wooden pill cutter from the period around 1900 used by the pharmacist to make pills. Made by London's Lynch&co., rolls of mixed medicine were placed on the copper ledges, and by pushing and moving the part with the handles on it, a lot of pills were cut in one go.
